Spring is so close, I can feel it. And I can’t wait.
I say this as I look out my window at the 4 inches of snow that starting piling up since early this morning. Sometimes the weather isn’t exactly cooperating with my spring gardening plans. But that doesn’t mean that I’m going to just sit around and do nothing. I can’t control the weather, but I sure can control my attitude about it. Right?
To be honest, I love every season, and feel a little bit like a school girl on a snow day every time I see the fluffy stuff floating down.
There is something so peaceful about it. That peace is one of winter’s strongpoints if you ask me. It’s something we don’t often get much of here in the Pacific Northwest, so I will take what I can get. With the warmer weather will come lawns that need to be mowed, and weeds galore just waiting to be pulled.
For now, I will do everything I can to be ready when that comes.
Most of it I will do from the comfort of my warm home, and when it is warm enough I go out and make sure I put all of those early weeds in their place. 😉
That is where these Mini Greenhouses come in. One of my hoping-for-spring projects. 😉
Now I know you’re dying to find out how to make one too. So make sure you check out the full post for my Winter Egg Carton Greenhouse over at Kenarry Ideas For The Home. You should try it out, and I can’t wait to hear about your garden’s too!
