It’s amazing how something as simple as sitting down with a cup of warm milk and honey can relax you’re entire body and relieve you from stress.
Growing up, I always remember my Grandma talking about how much she loved drinking warm milk. As a kid I always thought it sounded disgusting. So if you’re wondering why anyone would ever want to drink warm milk and honey, keep an open mind.
I also wondered why anyone would ever want to drink goat’s milk, then I read this blog post and was convinced it was at least worth a try. And I’m so glad I did! Fresh goat’s milk is so deliciously sweet and rich it pairs perfectly with raw honey and a dash of nutmeg. That’s all there is to it!
